There are different Yogic Postures for different body types. If you have not found your body type as yet then find your Body Type. (Note: All postures should be performed while inhaling deeply in backbends and exhaling in forward bends. Exhale deeply in side twists and inhale deeply while releasing the twists. Inhale deeply when chest expands and exhale when chest contracts.)
All postures should be performed while doing deep, quiet breathing.
